Unfair Credit Agreements
Debt Clear Services can check if any of your current Credit Agreements* comply with the Consumer Credit Agreement of 1974. If found to be unfair, and therefore unenforceable, our solicitors can act on your behalf to have any outstanding Credit Card and Loan debt completely written off.

Mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance (PPI)
Payment Protection Insurance is offered with nearly every type of credit card, loan and mortgage, to cover your loan repayments should you be unable to meet them due to reasons such as illness or unemployment. However, if the PPI has been mis-sold to you, you may be able to claim back all of the premiums you have previously paid.

Unfair Credit Card Charges
In the same way that banks have been challenged recently over their unfair bank charges, ‘Unfai’r Credit Card Charges can also be challenged. Whether they be for late payments, exceeding your credit limit or being penalised for a returned payment, these charges must be deemed fair and accurately reflect the cost to the bank for your error.
